One of the great pleasures of life is food. A culture’s essence is embedded in cuisine, and a chef’s creation is multi-sensory form of self-expression.

Aroma stimulates the appetite, contrasting textures and temperatures tease the tongue, the interplay of sweet, sour, salty, bitter, spicy, and umami evoke different emotions within each bite. An artistic edible presentation is enhanced by the sounds of a sizzling grill, merry laughter from the kitchen, the soft clink of cutlery on earthenware, lively conversation, and a curated soundtrack.

And of course food is also an essential for fueling our adventures in daily life, and nourishing our human operating systems. From food-trucks to Michelin-starred meals, if it’s made with love, I’ll shoot it.
