the GATHERING
Who is it for? Small business owners and creative peeps.
What is it? The term “retreat” might not be relevant here. We already spend so much of our lives retreating into the safety of our home, the safety of our little digital universes, and the “safety” of a daily routine.
What we really need is to emerge from our burrows and gather with others, to brainstorm with bright minds, to experiment and fail, to be vulnerable, to let our imperfect human vessels feel the warmth of the sun, to lean into the discomfort of not having all the answers, to be resilient when things don’t go according to plan, to swim on a rainy day, to hike in dresses, to order the extra-spicy dish, to stay up too late talking about your dreams under the milky way, to change course mid-journey, to be open to infinite possibilities.
Of course, what are dreams without action? We will work hard too, and everyone will go home with improved photography skills, loads of beautiful content, and probably a new bestie or two.
When it becomes safer for groups to gather once again, I will announce my next event dates and location.
